Doesn’t that sound good right now? These are the perfect breakfast treat and kids will love these, too! These are great to eat on the go if you’re in a hurry. Just pop them in your mouth and you’ve gotten your breakfast! You’ll be ready to take on the day!
Yesterday, I made my mom’s Banana Nut Bread recipe and man, was it good! You should definitely try it out! I had some bananas left over and I thought I should make a banana muffin recipe since I had all my ingredients out already. I also had a bag of chocolate chips just waiting to be eaten so I decided to make banana and chocolate chip muffins. And I’m glad I did! I could eat several of these in one sitting. It’s a nice way to wake up 🙂 If you wanted to, you could even add walnuts or pecans to this recipe for an added crunch. Serve them with a cup of hot coffee or my Espresso Cream Iced Coffee and you’re all set for the perfect Saturday morning!
