Hope you guys are having a great week! I have found my new obsession: Crazy Shakes! Have you seen some of the Instagrams of these??? They are CRAZY!!! And they look SO GOOD!!! Talk about sugar overload! But I have a big sweet tooth so I’ve fine with that. I was going through Pinterest and looking at some of these shakes and found a relatively easy one to start: Cake Batter Milkshake, which is my moms favorite! 🙂
My mom went to the dentist earlier this week to remove a tooth and they said she’ll have to eat only soft foods for the next 6-8 weeks. Seems like a long time but I’m going to think of some soft food recipes to make her so she’s not eating only applesauce and canned soup for the next 2 months.
My mom LOVES cake batter milkshakes. She’ll always get that at Cold Stone Creamery aka Sugar Heaven. So, when I was browsing through these amazing crazy shakes for fun, I realized that I should make my mom a shake since it’s a perfect solution for her soft food diet. Thank God that ice cream is soft!
This shake is soooo sweet and creamy! I’ve never tried it at Cold Stone Creamery; I usually get one of their heavenly concoctions of ice cream in a cup. But now, I’m definitely a fan! After you have consumed the 5,000 calories of sugar, you will probably want to lie down and take a nap.
Cake batter milkshakes would be perfect for birthday parties. If you’re short on time and don’t feel like baking a cake, these are your answer. They take only a few minutes tops! Look how pretty they are!!
These are also perfect to make for kids, (all kids love milkshakes) although keep in mind these shakes contain lots of sugar so your kids might be bouncing off the walls afterwards, but it’s your call. The kids’ll eventually fall asleep, right?
And have fun with the sprinkles on these. I love the bright colors of sprinkles. It makes the shakes so pretty and fun! Look forward for more of these shake recipes. They’re gonna get a little cray-cray! I can’t wait to try them out!
