A chewy chocolate and coconut treat you will love
I am so excited to share this recipe with you guys today! These chewy coconut chocolate chip bars will blow you away! I know some people aren’t huge fans of coconut but when you take a bite into one of these, I guarantee you will change your mind.
Your mind just changed, didn’t it?
These bars are soooo rich and chewy, you’ll want to eat the whole batch! I know I wanted to. I made these once before like FOREVER ago. I don’t know why I waited until now to make them again. I remember tasting them for the first time and was amazed how good they tasted. I came across an old Instagram photo of these and I knew I had to make these for our blog, no question about it.
This recipe came from the good folks over at allrecipes.com. Thanks guys for coming up with this amazing treat!
The good thing about this recipe for non-coconut lovers is that it has a nice balance of coconut and chocolate so the coconut isn’t too overpowering. So, if you don’t like coconut, I challenge you to try at least one little bite of these and let me know what you think!
I mean, come on. Just look at that picture.
Don’t tell me that your mouth doesn’t water at the sight of those. And as an added bonus, this recipe is soooo easy to make. Can’t go wrong with that! Some of the most simple recipes are the tastiest. Let me know what your favorite coconut dessert is down in the comments. I’d love to try out some of your recipes!
And hey, if you’re really intent on not trying the coconut you can always leave it out. You won’t hurt my feelings 😉
